Trademark Assignments

Australian trademark assignments transfer ownership to a new owner through a signed written document called a Deed of Assignment. Both the current owner (assignor) and the new owner (assignee) must sign it. To make this transfer official, ‘immagine’ completes the documentation and submits the deed to the Government Trademark Regulator. This updates the trademark register to show the new owner.
