Package includes

  1. Consultation and collaboration on the phone directly with the client and the exchange of information required to apply for the Trademark Registration.

  2. We will check the Regulators databases while the client is on the phone and provide advice in regard to the Trademark Registration Application, immediately.

  3. We will immediately complete the necessary Trademark Registration Application on behalf of the client and submit the application on the SAME DAY. Trademarks are registered for 10 years and can be renewed every 10 years.

  4. Advise client of the outcome of the examination in 5 Business Days.

  5. Two-part payment, A$425 paid prior to the consultation with Mark Davis LLM about the trademark and A$425 if a positive response is received from the Trademark Examiner. See T & C’s below in Trademark Knowledge Centre.

Terms of Conditions

Payments for this product (A$850) will be in two parts, A$425 X 2 = A$850. The first payment (A$425) is to be made prior to discussing the trademark details with a Trademark Specialist at Immagine™. This payment is none refundable. The second payment (A$425) will be payable on a positive result received from the IP Australia Trademark Examiner. If an Adverse Examination Report is received your choice will be to opt out without further charge, or after speaking with our Trademark Specialist, and on receiving the second payment, we will respond to the Adverse Examination Report with a view to have it approved.
